Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting the Freddy Jones Band. We appreciate every order and work hard to get your merch to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. This includes the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at merch@freddyjonesband.net.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Please note: Freddy Jones Band is an actively touring band. If we are on the road, processing times may occasionally be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during tour periods.

If there is a significant delay beyond normal processing times, we will communicate directly with you.


Shipping Method

Our default shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For heavier or larger orders, we may use USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS and may take up to 24 hours to begin updating after label creation.


Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

We proudly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

These destinations are serviced through USPS domestic shipping. Delivery times may be slightly longer than shipments within the continental U.S.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total weight. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website when active.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, it is under the care of the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, we recommend:

  1. Checking the tracking information.

  2. Contacting USPS directly using your tracking number.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact by email at: merch@freddyjonesband.net us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
